Placing an order
Firstly it's best to check the availability for your wedding date as soon as you can.

Your topper will be wrapped very carefully in white tissue paper before it’s placed in a double walled cardboard box, and filled with packing peanuts. This box gets placed into another double walled cardboard box filled with packing peanuts for maximum protection.
I will send your topper using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Your topper will arrive the next working day before 1pm, this is guaranteed for UK mainland destinations.
For world wide deliveries we use Parcel Force’s Global Priority service, so you should receive the parcel around four days after dispatch.
Once your topper is posted I’ll send a confirmation e-mail with the tracking details for your parcel.
As soon as I have received your confirmation to go ahead with the order, I will send an invoice to you through PayPal.
Please note you don't need to have a PayPal account to pay, and payment can be made with a debit or credit card.
I also accept internet banking payments, if you prefer this method.
After payment is received your slot will be secured in our diary, and I will send you a questionnaire for completion. I will start on your topper roughly five weeks in advance of your wedding day, this way you have plenty of time to finalise all the details, and any last minute changes like a change of hairstyle or clothing can easily be incorporated.
Once I have created your topper, I will send you pre-baking approval photos through email (I will let you know the dates you'll be expecting the pre-baked photos once you have returned your completed questionnaire and pictures to me).
This way you can check if everything is how you would like it before baking. If so, I will bake the topper and add all the finishing touches to the design.
I will then send you photos of the finished topper for your final approval before dispatch.
