What are the cake toppers made from?
They are made from polymer clay and once baked they turn into a hard plastic material and will last many years.
How soon should I place my order?
As soon as you can, as we get booked up very quickly. The longer you wait to place an order the more chance someone else may have already booked in that date. We will let you know when we need all the details from you, which is usually at least 4 weeks before your wedding day.
How big are the cake toppers?
They are approx 5 inches tall and placed on to a round 4.5 inches base.
Will my cake topper last a long time?
Yes, they are meant to last many years providing that they are looked after properly and do not get dropped.
Can you produce Vehicles and Boats?
Unfortunately not any more, we used to but due to the very high demand for couples and or their pets we just can't justify the time spend on making vehicles. To make them to our high standards by hand is very labour intensive, and we find it difficult to produce them at a price point that meets the labour involved.
Can you add small items of jewellery to my topper?
I can add simple stud earrings and a bead necklace.
I would like to order a cake topper, what do I need to do?
Please email us or use the ordering page to check avaliabiltiy and details of what you would like to order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you accept a deposit or full payment upfront?
Full payment is required upon booking your slot. Details of the outfits are not needed until about 4 weeks before your wedding day.
What payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal or internet banking payment. (Please ask for details for internet banking)
Once we have recieved your email with what you would like to order and you are happy with the total price, we will then send an invoice to you through Paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to pay. After payment is received your slot will be secured in our diary and we will send you a form to fill out with all the required details needed to start production of your cake topper.
How do I send the questionnaire form back with photos?
They can be emailed or posted to us. Please email or text for postal address.
When will I receive my cake topper?
We make cake toppers in wedding date order, so you will receive your topper approx 2 weeks before your wedding day.
Can I cancel my order?
We will give you a full refund if you give me a minimum of 2 months notice.
How do you pack the toppers?
Your topper will be packed in white tissue paper before it’s placed in a double walled cardboard box filled with packing peanuts. This box gets placed into another double walled cardboard box filled with packing peanuts for maximum protection.
How do I store my cake topper?
It would be best to store your cake topper where it cant get damaged and out of the sunlight such as a glass cabinet - this will keep the dust off them. You can clean the topper using a small brush. Avoid using water which may damage them.
What if my topper arrives damaged?
Small breakage can be repaired using superglue (you can get one with a brush in it- which is ideal to use) or you can send the topper back to me for a repair. You will just need to pay for the additional postage.
